Getting clear on what my non-negotiables are and the vision I wanted my life to look and feel like. If you’re dating, try asking yourself “does this person make me feel safe?” “Will they support me through my hardest days?” “Do we share the same values?” So, don’t be afraid to embrace your quirks, passions, and imperfections when you're in the early stages. Knowing what makes you, you is so important, and the right person will the one who makes you feel like you can show up as your whole self.

Confidence is Key

Confidence isn't about being the loudest person in the room; it's about embracing who you are. Know your worth, stand tall, and exude confidence. You’ll see your dating life change when you look at it from a stance of complete and total belief in yourself and what you want to see in a partner. Don’t forget that no standards are too high.
