Whether you’re in the exciting early stages of trying to conceive, navigating the ups and downs of fertility treatments, or recovering from pregnancy loss, the journey to expand your family can feel like an emotional rollercoaster of highs and lows. Make self-care a priority with safe, healthy movement to support your mental + physical health. Our Fertility Program features guided workouts designed to be safe + supportive for four stages of your fertility journey.

Trying to Conceive

While trying to conceive, your workout preferences will differ as you move through your cycle—this stage includes a variety of strength + cardio workouts to support your physical health and fertility.

Pregnancy Loss

Our exercises specifically selected for those recovering from pregnancy loss include gentle stretching, meditation, walks, and yoga; before easing into slow + controlled workouts.

Egg Freezing

During the egg freezing process, we’ll guide you through safe workouts specifically created for the weeks leading up to and following egg retrieval (that won’t put enlarged ovaries at risk).

IVF

If you’re undergoing IVF, we’ve programmed workouts to take you from egg retrieval to embryo transfer, making sure you have a safe movement practice to support you throughout the entire process.

Mental health resources + advice from experts (who really get it)

Our Fertility Program offers so much more than just workouts, including professional and community support for your conception journey.

Hear from women who have undergone their own fertility journeys

“Any feeling that you’re having after a miscarriage is ok. No matter what you’re feeling, how you’re naturally feeling is ok.”

– Whitney Port

“There are a lot of online support groups which was really great. Sharing and confiding in close friends and family that you’re comfortable with or your partner is crucial during this experience.”

– Lindsey Metselaar

“I do think through fertility there is a huge biological, chemical, physical, and emotional connection that can be drastically lost. For me, the physical touch moving through your body and having a healing practice was the only way to move forward.”

Camilla Marcus

"The female going through this is going to feel the feelings. My friends and family were so there for me, but I really couldn't talk about it during the process. Life can throw crazy things at you and life gets super lifey."
