The 8-week, advanced full-body workout plan is specifically crafted with repetition in mind, targeting every muscle group from upper body to lower body. You’ll elevate your fitness routine with 45-minute classes throughout each week to build strength and confidence and watch your fitness level continue to improve.
The Advanced Program incorporates different exercises that target the entire body and provide a high-intensity, well-balanced workout routine. Whether just using body weight or adding resistance, such as hand or ankle weights, our advanced full-body workout plan is designed to help you leave your workout feeling empowered.
