Frequently Asked Questions

For most of our strength exercise classes, we’d recommend a set of light weights and an exercise mat. Some movements may call for exercise sliders, ankle weights, and resistance bands to turn things up a notch. However, these are never required as our at-home programs are designed to build muscle and improve endurance using minimal to no equipment.

Our classes range from 10 to 45 minutes, offering a flexible workout routine that fits into your busy schedule while still giving you a full-body workout focused on building strength.
