Shipping Rates
Domestic Ground Shipping (1-7 business days after order processing) - $9.95
International Orders Outside of the Continental US: $45
International orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duties Placed).
Return Policy
The Sculpt Society accepts returns within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund less the cost of the original shipping and return label cost. Pricing of the return label will vary based on the item’s weight and shipping location, and will be deducted from the amount of your refund. Equipment items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund. Activewear items must be unworn, unwashed, and with The Sculpt Society tags attached.
Please contact info@thesculptsociety.com to start your return and price the cost of your individual return label. You will be issued a refund once the item has been received and reviewed for quality assurance, within 7-business days of receiving the return.

Exchange Policy
We are unable to offer free exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item from your order, you will need to return your purchase following the return procedure listed above, then place a new order for the item you wish to receive in exchange. Exchange items must meet our return policy requirements to permit a refund. We are unable to offer free shipping on exchange orders.
Please note that items shipped back without following the proper return or exchange procedure will not be accepted, and will not be returned to the sender. We reserve the right to refuse any items that do not meet these criteria.
Final Sale Merchandise: All items noted as final sale, including gift cards, or gift with purchase items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please note that final sale items mailed back to us will not be accepted or refunded.
For damaged or incorrect items please contact customer support within 14 days of delivery by emailing info@thesculptsociety.com. Please include your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number.

Delivery Time
In stock orders are processed Monday- Friday or within 1-3 business days. Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make any modifications to or cancel your order.
Warranties
Risk of Loss: All products purchased from the website are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by, The Sculpt Society. Title to the products purchased on the website, as well as the risk of loss for such products, passes to you when The Sculpt Society delivers these items to the carrier. We suggest purchasing package protection through Route during checkout. For any orders with Route protection, customers should contact them directly for any issues that arise.
