We believe in fitness as empowerment—boosting confidence, transforming how you feel for the better, and bringing people together. The support and inspiration from TSS fam is what sets us apart from other workout apps, and building a more diverse and inclusive community will make our organization stronger. It’s our number one priority to make TSS a welcoming space for all.

We’re committed to rallying against discrimination in every form. Fitness should be inclusive, joyful, and foster connections. Inclusion is at the heart of everything we do—our workouts are for everyone.

This is the beginning of our DEI journey, and we want to speak to the changes we’ll be implementing here at TSS. These steps are key initiatives for this quarter—we’ll continue to expand on them, and introduce new actions throughout the year. For starters, we’re working to build a community of diverse trainers. We also want to ensure we offer workouts that are accessible to everyone—more specifically, increasing our accessibility to additional audiences.

To that end, we will be adding closed captioning to many of our videos, for hearing impaired members to better follow along with our workouts. We've partnered with Girls Inc of NYC to encourage a new generation of women to foster a positive relationship with fitness and their bodies. We’re also taking concrete steps to diversify our workforce, starting with our hiring practices. We want you to feel represented in every way, from our classes and programs to our partnerships and trainers. We’ll continue to keep you updated about these, and additional, goals on a quarterly basis. When we all feel seen, we all become stronger.

Building a more inclusive culture is an ongoing effort, and we’re committed to moving forward. Our goal is for all our members to feel celebrated and find their power through movement. As an organization, we’ll continue to use our platform to advocate for social justice, elevate all voices, and keep moving towards a more equitable future.

We invite you to share your feedback on how we can continue to promote diversity at TSS, including welcoming + supporting all our members. We’re stronger together.

With love,

The Sculpt Society Team
