Nutrition marks a delicious new chapter at The Sculpt Society, one our founder Megan Roup has been dreaming up for years. After moving away from restriction and discovering intuitive eating, Megan wanted to create an approach to food that felt freeing, supportive, and real. Built alongside Registered Dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor Sammi Brondo, this expert-led offering blends intuitive eating education, flexible recipes, and weekly grocery lists to support you beyond the mat. This is nutrition that feels like an exhale…and we’re just getting started!
Our WHY behind Nutrition
We partnered with Registered Dietitian & Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, Sammi Brondo, to bring extra expertise into all aspects of Nutrition at The Sculpt Society. Sammi brings practicality, credibility, and an enjoyable approach, helping you move beyond food rules and into a more confident, connected relationship with eating.
We wanted to take Nutrition further than recipes and grocery lists. This new Food Freedom Guide goes beyond the plate, offering expert guidance that helps you shift your mindset, release old rules, and make choices that feel aligned with your life. It’s deeper support for the freedom you’ve been working toward.
