Accessibility Statement for The Sculpt Society

Website: https://thesculptsociety.com

Last Updated: February 10, 2026

Our Commitment

The Sculpt Society is committed to making our digital fitness platform accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We believe fitness should be inclusive and that everyone deserves access to wellness resources regardless of their abilities.

We are partnering with Accessiblü, an independent team of accessibility experts, to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of our website against WCAG 2.2 Level AA standards. Accessiblü provides ongoing accessibility evaluations, expert guidance, and remediation support using their Managed Accessibility Ops methodology. This partnership reflects our commitment to treating accessibility as an ongoing operational priority rather than a one-time project.

Standards We Follow

We are working to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. These guidelines help make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more user-friendly for everyone.

Conformance Status

The Sculpt Society website is currently undergoing comprehensive accessibility evaluation by Accessiblü. This includes both automated testing and manual expert review with assistive technologies.

Based on our current evaluation:

  • Actively monitoring 235 website pages
  • Manual expert review has identified several operability and semantic structure barriers
  • All images are being assessed for context and purpose of alternative text

Automated scanning can only detect a portion of accessibility issues. Manual testing with assistive technologies and expert evaluation is revealing additional barriers that automated tools cannot identify. We are working systematically to address all identified issues.

Current Assessment Status

Accessiblü is conducting an accessibility evaluation that includes:

  • Automated scanning to identify technical violations
  • Manual expert review by accessibility specialists
  • Testing with screen readers including JAWS on Windows Chrome
  • Keyboard-only navigation testing
  • Evaluation against all WCAG 2.2 Level AA success criteria

Known Limitations

Our evaluation has identified accessibility barriers that we are actively working to address. We are prioritizing issues based on their impact on users with disabilities.

  • Skip navigation functionality needs improvement to help keyboard and screen reader users bypass repetitive content
  • Keyboard focus indicators need enhancement to ensure keyboard users can track their location on the page
  • Navigation structure requires semantic HTML improvements for better screen reader comprehension
  • Link text needs to be more descriptive so screen reader users can understand link destinations

Additional issues are being discovered and addressed as we are able. We are working with Accessiblü to implement fixes across our platform.
