The TSS Quickie workout program offers a 4-week guided calendar where all of the workouts are 10-minutes or less. This program is designed to be attainable so you can see the power of how just 10 minutes a day can change everything and keep you consistent!

I strongly believe in the power of a 5 or 10 minute workout. Whether you have low energy or just a few minutes between meetings or Zoom calls, knowing you have the option to move for just a few minutes can completely change the course of your day. If you’re struggling to remain consistent, quickie workouts are the perfect solution. My quickie workouts offer a great burn in just 10 minutes. Because workouts don’t need to be hours long, but they should be FUN, effective and empowering. 

What to Expect

Each week you will be provided with the workout to do each day in order to give you the structure you are looking for. The schedule will provide you with 5 workouts and 2 rest days. These short fitness classes range from 6-10 minutes and include fun dance cardio videos and body sculpting workouts to strengthen your arms, booty, legs and core. These workouts were designed for those with tight schedules who need a quick workout that will help drive results!

While I will suggest equipment, all of the Quickie workouts can be done simply with body weight. You can modify without equipment or follow my recommendation for household items to use as a replacement.

The exercise equipment I use in the TSS Quickie Program are 2-3lb hand weights, 1-2lb ankle weights, booty bands, sliders, a mat, a chair or stool and a Pilates ball.
