To build muscle, you should follow a workout routine that includes 3-5 training sessions per week, focusing on different muscle groups through a split workout or full-body workout program.

No, special equipment is not required. While we will provide options to integrate equipment into our workouts, our classes are centered around bodyweight exercises that are effective for muscle building and muscle gain with or without equipment.

Muscle growth can vary from person to person. While some may start to notice changes after 8-12 weeks of consistent training, it really depends on factors like your unique body, workout routine, nutrition, and individual differences in muscle protein synthesis and muscle tissue response.  Everyone’s journey is different, and that’s what makes it special. People come to The Sculpt Society for the results, but they stay for the way it makes them feel.
