Female Founder Series: Women Who Inspire

This Women’s History Month, we’re celebrating YOU and your achievements all month long. As a valued member of TSS fam, you motivate us to hustle harder and inspire us to stand in our bodies with confidence. Our community of women is the heartbeat of TSS—we talk each other up, embrace our strength and resilience, and share our wins, big and small. Drawing on the support we feel from group workouts, we’ll be featuring a month of all-new classes with friends of TSS. Every Monday in March, tune into the app to join a new workout with some of our favorite female founders and entrepreneurs, led by our founder, Megan. Molly Sims is an iconic model, actress, producer, best-selling author, and beauty expert. With over 20 years in the entertainment industry as a true multi-hyphenate, her deep love for creating content that makes people happy, combined with a curiosity for women bettering themselves, Molly has channeled her expertise into a multi-media company, Molly Sims Productions, as well as Lipstick on the Rim, her top-ranked podcast where she taps the brains of innovators moving the needle in the beauty and wellness space. Siffat Haider

Founder, Podcaster, Creator. Siff was working in the beauty space as a blogger + podcaster and found herself struggling with her own health issues. Erin is a visionary that has parlayed her lifetime love of fashion into a lifestyle movement to tell one’s personal story by dressing for how you feel pulling from trends and tradition to elevate oneself in style.

Amy Liu

Amy Liu is the founder and CEO of Tower 28, a beauty company inclusive of all skin tones, skin types, budgets, and beauty philosophies. For over 15 years, Amy Liu worked as a beauty executive at some of the fastest-growing prestige companies, including Smashbox, Kate Somerville and Josie Maran Cosmetics. But as a longtime eczema sufferer, she couldn’t even enjoy the best part of working in the beauty industry: trying out all the products!
