What is The Sculpt Society?

The Sculpt Society was built to make movement fun, effective, and accessible—no matter your level or schedule. Founded by former professional dancer and celebrity trainer Megan Roup, TSS was born out of a desire to create workouts that felt joyful and delivered results. With 900+ on-demand classes, and new live workouts every week, TSS offers a wide range of workouts for all fitness preferences and life stages. This includes our two signature methods: Sculpt, which targets arms, booty, and core with low-impact moves, and Dance Cardio, featuring high-energy, upbeat routines (no dance experience needed); plus new Strength classes. All our workouts range from 5 to 50 minutes to fit your schedule, and we have classes for all levels—it’s a beginner-friendly fitness app, and it also offers tons of advanced classes for our more seasoned members. And, you can take the app with you when you’re on the go.
