Planning a Girls’ Weekend? Add Ella Rose’s Workout to the Itinerary

By The Sculpt Society

The official workout of long summer weekends is here (be sure and let the group chat know). Bride-to-be, lifestyle creator, and Sculpt Society member Ella Rose teamed up with us to design a bachelorette party workout that’s perfect for all your upcoming girls’ trips. As the founder of Skin by Ella Rose—a clean beauty brand celebrating individuality and self-confidence—Ella knows the power of feeling good in your skin, and how much a great workout can boost your mood. We were thrilled to help her create the ultimate pre-party sweat sesh for her bachelorette, and if you and your pals love fun group workouts, you’ll love this one. It’s a 30 minute, Full Body Sculpt that’s fun, energizing, and equipment-free. Whether you’re flying, driving, heading to a concert or a spa, a lake house or a beach house, make time for this low-pressure class—the pregame your body will thank you for. *Cue the Shania Twain*...let’s go, girls.

Get ready for your girls' weekend dance party disguised as a workout. This 30 minute Sculpt class was made for long weekends, bachelorette getaways, or any time you’re looking to move, laugh, and let loose with your besties. Here are some of the moves you can look forward to: a fun, follow-along mix of dance cardio, dancing arms, standing legs, core, and booty; all set to a feel-good, energizing playlist. Zero pressure, equipment, or dance experience required—just good vibes and your favorite people.

Pack list & party planning tips

Streaming Ella's 30-minute workout with your crew is almost as simple as hitting play—cue up The Sculpt Society app on your laptop, or stream it directly to your TV for easy viewing for everyone. Make sure you have a good speaker system on hand, so all your friends can hear the music, and cast onto the largest screen available, so your whole group can follow along. If you are planning a bachelorette, add this class to the schedule of events—it’s the perfect way to break up the day between brunch and happy hour. Another tip: create your own pre-and-post-workout, shared Spotify playlist as a soundtrack for hanging out (and keeping the dance party going). Plus, it’s a great way to make sure the bride-to-be gets to listen to some of her favorites over the course of the weekend. The beauty of streaming means you can access this high-energy Sculpt session anywhere; whether you're at a cabin, hotel, or hanging in someone's living room. (Just be sure to download first if you’re headed somewhere with spotty Wi-Fi.)

What’s a girls’ weekend without a theme?

Don’t skip the coordinating outfits—they always make the bachelorette weekend that much more fun. Some ideas for swag bags, or what to gift your girls:

At the end of the day, there’s nothing more joyful (or restorative) than a girls’ weekend away with friends, whether you’re celebrating a huge milestone like marriage or just catching up as a group. Adding a workout or two to the itinerary will give you all an endorphin boost, and it’s a great low-pressure group activity. Let's make your girls' weekend one for the books with good vibes, an energizing Sculpt class, and even better company. Cheers to sweating it out with your crew!
