Apple Cider Irish Mule

Feel the autumnal warmth with the sparkling cocktail perfect for harvest season!

Ingredients + Preparation

  • 1.5 oz Bourbon
  • 4 oz Sparkling apple cider
  • 4oz Ginger beer
  • Lemon squeeze
  • Apple slice

Combine all ingredients in your favorite glass, stir, top with your apple slice, and enjoy!

The Mummy: Spiced Chai White Russian

Coziness in a cup! This is the ultimate creamy delight.

Ingredients + Preparation

  • 1-2 oz chai simple syrup

  • 1-2 oz heavy cream

  • 2 oz vodka

  • 1.5 oz kahlua

  • Optional garnish: cinnamon stick

Fill a glass with ice. Add the vodka, kahlua, and chai tea syrup. Stir gently. Add the heavy cream and stir again. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and sip away!

Monster Smash: Blackberry Ginger Mocktail

The perfect trio of flavors for a refreshing fall drink!

Ingredients + Preparation

  • 1 ½ cup ginger kombucha
  • 2oz lime juice

  • 2oz blackberry jam

Pour lime juice, jam, and ice cubes into a mason jar or shaker and shake. Fill cup with ice, pour mixture into your cup, and top with kombucha. Feel free to garnish with blackberries, lime wedge, or a piece of ginger!

Spooky Spritz 

Hosting a party? This crowd-pleaser is the ultimate batch coktail. 

Ingredients + Preparation

  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 inch fresh ginger
  • 6 fresh sage leaves
  • 8oz vodka
  • 4oz orange liquor 
  • 1 ½ cup apple cider
  • 12oz sparkling water or 6oz sparkling wine, 6oz sparkling water

Shake with ice, serve up!

Feel Good Fall Classic: Mulled Hot Cider

When the temperature drops and the apples are ready to be harvested, warm up with this fall classic!

Ingredients + Preparation

  • ½ gallon apple cider
  • 1 orange
  • 12 whole cloves
  • 4 cinnamon sticks
  • 15 allspice berries
  • ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
  • 7 cardamom pods
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

Pour the apple cider into a 3-quart saucepan, cover, turn the heat on medium-high. 

While the cider is heating up, take a vegetable peeler and peel away a couple thick strips of peel from the orange. Press about half of the cloves into the peeled part of the orange. 

Place orange, orange peel strips, the remaining cloves, and the rest of the ingredients into the saucepan with the cider. Keep covered and heat the mulled cider mixture to a simmer and reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes. 

Strain, serve hot, and add a cinnamon stick to each cup if desired!
