As I’ve said, I’m relatively new to The Sculpt Society, I’ve been a member for just a couple months, but I’ve been into fitness for years. I love indoor cycle classes, ran track and cross country in high school, and grew up with a mom who taught yoga. Movement has always been a big part of my life, but I knew something was missing from my current routine. Two things, actually: sculpting and strength training. Enter: The Sculpt Society fitness app.
I tried a handful of Sculpt Society workouts, but found myself second-guessing my form. Cues like “flat back” or “open your hips” sounded simple, but I wasn’t sure what they were supposed to feel like in my body. I wanted to find the best way to start Sculpt Society workouts, and a little digging on the app led me to the TSS 101 Program. My goal was to build a strong foundation; not just to move, but to move well.
Strength and Sculpt workouts are everywhere right now on social media, and this challenge felt like the perfect way to actually learn what goes into doing them safely and effectively. Megan’s teaching style immediately put me at ease, she’s clear, encouraging, and makes it feel like you’re working out with a friend. From the start, I loved how approachable and supportive these onboarding Sculpt Society classes felt. The intro video emphasized consistency over perfection, and I really appreciated the reminder that, on some days, Slow & Controlled workouts are exactly what your body needs.
I was also a fan of the built-in structure, I love guided fitness programs, and having a calendar to follow really helped me stay on track. I didn’t have to plan anything in the morning, I could just press play and know I was in good hands. And, I always knew what to expect: 30-minute sessions with optional equipment and easy modifications. I loved that I could truly match these workouts to my energy level. Some days, push-ups on my knees felt right. Other days, I knew I could push myself further.
Megan’s real-time cues about hip placement, posture, and alignment made all the difference. Even as someone who’s not new to fitness, hearing those reminders for new-to-me movements helped me feel safe from injury and totally in control.
Another perk? The camera angles were super helpful, you’re getting the kind of detailed instruction and encouragement you’d expect from a live, in-person class. And Megan’s theme of building confidence was consistent throughout the programs. Once I’d finished these 5 workouts, I was hooked. Plus, the music was so well-balanced; energizing, but not overpowering. I could still follow every cue.
