This year’s challenge features three tracks to match your 2025 fitness goals: beginner, intermediate/advanced, and our new strength-focused track. No matter where you are in your fitness journey, you’ll find the perfect challenge for you.

BEGINNERS

Get Started

Perfect your form + get to know the TSS method with low-impact, Slow + Controlled classes. You’ll break a sweat in 30 minutes or less, get to know our trainers—and build healthy habits you can keep up throughout the year.

INTERMEDIATE / ADVANCED

Get Sweaty

Maximize your results + get your heart rate up fast with classes designed to build core, upper, and lower body strength. Challenge yourself, get that good-burn feeling…and start the new year feeling strong and confident.

SCULPT & STRENGTH

Get Strong

A New Year’s resolution that’s been long in the making…we’re thrilled to debut our first-ever strength training program! Incorporate weekly strength training into your routine, combined with low-impact sculpting for more cross-training benefits. Each strength class is led by our new trainer, Bree—she’s a strength training expert + we can’t wait for you to meet her!
