If you’re returning to movement or starting fresh, the Get Started track gives you the structure and support you need to build a lasting habit. Expect gentle, intentional movement that helps you rebuild confidence, strengthen your body, and feel at home in yourself again.

Get Sweaty
The Get Sweaty track brings the fun, spicy side of TSS to your living room. With challenging sculpt sequences and energizing cardio, these classes boost your endorphins, motivate you, and make sweating feel freeing—not forced. A workout your body will crave, well beyond January.

Get Strong
Choose Get Strong if you’re ready to level up your routine and challenge your muscles. This strength & sculpt track is all about intentional movement that builds power as you progress. Expect heavier weights, supported cues, and classes that make you feel strong in every sense.

Nutrition
Move intuitively, eat intuitively. For the first time, we're offering expert-led nutrition to support you beyond the mat. Experience balanced recipes, weekly grocery lists, and a food freedom guide alongside the fitness component of our challenge.
