About TSS Mama

TSS Mama is designed to truly guide you from the very start of your pregnancy,
all the way through your postpartum journey, and give you effective and safe workouts for each stage of motherhood!
I created this home prenatal workout program while being pregnant myself and am pre and postnatal certified, so these workouts are safe, fun and effective!
 
This program breaks down workouts for the first trimester, second trimester, third trimester, and postpartum. It includes exciting Prenatal Yoga, Body Sculpting Exercises, and so much more. There are guided calendars and videos that you can follow throughout your entire pregnancy whether you’re looking for more structure or need flexibility based on how you’re feeling each day. 

All of the workouts can be done without equipment. While I will suggest equipment, you can modify without or follow my recommendation for household items to use as a replacement. The equipment I use in the TSS Mama program are 2-3lb handweights or dumbbells, a 1-2lb ankle weight, booty bands, a mat,
a chair or stool and a pilates ball. If you want to turn things up a notch, you can find all of the equipment on our online store here.

As always, please make sure you are cleared by your doctor to workout before beginning any exercise program while pregnant.
