ABOUT THE PROGRAM

Our Sculpt & Strength Program is a cross-training workout program designed to help you build muscle and increase strength, combining low-impact sculpting with dynamic strength exercises using 5-20lb weights. This program will challenge your body in new ways and boost your fitness.

Over the course of this four-week program, you’ll follow a combination of strength training and sculpting classes, with each session lasting just 20 minutes or less. It’s the perfect workout plan for women looking to improve their fitness and feel stronger. With two tracks—Slow + Controlled Sculpt & Strength and Sculpt & Strength—this program offers flexibility to suit different fitness levels.
