If you are currently pregnant, please see our Prenatal Program for classes that are specific for your current stage of life, including specific prenatal pelvic floor classes.

If you are newly postpartum, we would recommend that you explore our Postpartum Program which has specific postpartum pelvic floor classes. 

If you are currently in midlife, please see our Midlife Program for classes that are specific for your current stage of life, including specific midlife deep core classes. That being said, you are welcome to take this program as well as our Midlife Program. 

  • If this was your first Sculpt Society program, welcome! I'm so glad you started here. Head to TSS 101 next. It's the best way to get the full method and build your foundation across your whole body.

Nope! At TSS, you're never ahead or behind, you're with us. We have classes and programs for beginners all the way through intermediate, and all of our workouts include cues along the way for different modifications. If you're new or returning to fitness, we suggest starting with one of our Beginner classes/programs.
