ABOUT THE PROGRAM
Continue to strengthen your mind and body with 4 weeks of energizing, efficient workouts that help you achieve your fitness goals. Our Intermediate Program incorporates upper body and lower body Sculpt classes with (optional) Dance Cardio sessions to target different muscle groups and get your heart rate up. You can choose a track with—or without—dance cardio classes, so go with what feels best. Either way, you’ll be sculpting.

Each workout video in this program will guide you through each exercise step by step to make following along as easy as possible!
Yes, this program is designed to cater to every fitness level. Beginners can follow along at their own pace and gradually increase intensity. If you’re looking for beginner-friendly workouts, try our Beginner Program or the Beginner Intermediate Program.
If you're looking for a more challenging track, consider turning things up a notch with our Advanced Workout Program.
No equipment is necessary for any of our workouts! However, if you’re looking to turn things up a notch, consider adding in some of our most popular workout equipment: 3 LB hand weights, 2 LB ankle weights, booty bands, exercise sliders, small exercise ball.
