Our 30min x 3 Program delivers full body results in just 30 minutes a day, three times a week. Over 4 weeks, you’ll build strength, endurance, and overall fitness with moves that target your upper body, lower body, and core. Follow a guided calendar of classes to stay consistent, taking the guesswork out of your routine so you can focus on results. You can choose a track with—or without—dance cardio classes, so go with what feels best. Either way, you’ll be sculpting.
