Introducing All New Programs From The Sculpt Society
With the new year in full swing, we felt it was time to revamp our TSS Programs. We’ve already introduced the Slow + Controlled Program for beginners earlier this year, and now we are SO excited to bring you three new programs – curated specifically for our intermediate and advanced members.Whether you’ve completed a beginner program and are looking to turn things up a notch, or are simply looking for more consistency and motivation in your workout routine, we’ve got the program just for you! Check out our newest offerings below and stay tuned for even more programming coming your way over the next couple of weeks.
With the launch of these new programs, we will retire the 10 Week Programs on March 6th. If you are currently following either one of the 10 Week Programs, we recommend switching to either the new Spicy in 30min or Advanced Program to keep up your progress.
SPICY IN 30MIN PROGRAM
Create a long, lean, strong body in just four weeks with our Spicy in 30 min Program! This results-driven program was curated for our intermediate to advanced members who want to commit to an approachable, yet challenging guided program.
Choose between two tracks: one that includes dance cardio classes, or another that focuses only on full body sculpting and toning classes. You’ll also get access to a 4-week guided calendar, where you are told the exact workouts to do each day. Not only does this remove the guesswork of selecting a workout each day, but it also helps to provide you with the consistency and motivation you are looking for.
We've specifically crafted this program with repetition in mind. By repeating a workout, you will see and feel the powerful results of repetition: growing stronger, becoming more confident in class, and having more fun with your workouts. You’ll repeat two classes twice a week so that you can progressively build strength and feel your fitness level improving as you go. In addition, you’ll have one day of stackable quickie workouts and two rest days.

START THE SPICY in 30MIN PROGRAM WITHOUT DANCE CARDIO
The TSS Advanced Program is our most intense program yet and is intended to challenge even the most experienced fitness enthusiast, both mentally and physically. In this program, you’ll follow a four-week calendar of 45-minute low-impact, high-intensity workouts that will sculpt and tone your body from head to toe. Each week, you’ll be guided through 5 days of workouts that will improve your strength, flexibility, and endurance along with 2 rest days to allow your body the recovery time it needs between workouts.
You can expect to repeat two classes twice a week and you will have one day where you will select from the recommended workouts of the day. We've specifically crafted this program with repetition in mind so that you can progressively build strength and see your fitness level improving as you go. By repeating a workout, you will see and feel the powerful results of repetition: growing stronger, becoming more confident in class, and having more fun with your workouts.
Before beginning this program, we highly recommend watching our Dance Cardio Breakdown and Sculpt Breakdown videos. We also strongly recommend completing at least 4 weeks of TSS classes outside of the 45-minute category to prepare you for the sequences and pace of these advanced workouts.
