As you’ve no doubt heard, reformer Pilates has taken over studio schedules and social feeds alike—and for good reason. The viral method’s focus on control, strength, and mindful movement delivers that deep, satisfying burn that builds long, lean muscle. Plus, these workouts are efficient, so you’ll build strength and see and feel the results you’re looking for (without the burnout).

At The Sculpt Society, we’ve always taken  the same approach to intentional, core-driven movement. We designed our  Everything But the Reformer Challenge to bring you those reformer-inspired feelings and results…no machine (or studio!) required.

During this new 2 week challenge, you’ll move through Sculpt workouts that strengthen, lengthen, and tone in all the right places. All you’ll need are a few simple pieces of equipment, like a Pilates ball and resistance-boosting sliders. It’s the perfect way to capture that reformer Pilates moment at home.

Reformer-style burn, our way

We stripped away the bulky machine and kept everything you love—the sculpt, the strength, the stretch. Over the course of 2 weeks, Megan and Katy will lead you through reformer-inspired flows, energizing Quickies, and built-in recovery days. It’s studio-level intensity, reimagined for your home, your schedule, your way. Our Sculpt classes are not a Pilates program, but we’ve designed them with  similar goals in mind: to build deep strength, improve posture, and leave your muscles feeling longer and leaner.

Inside the challenge

Co-taught by Megan and Katy, this challenge brings the burn, balance, and results—minus the studio price tag. Think 30-minute Reformer-inspired sculpting sessions, energizing Quickies, and intentional recovery…so you get stronger and feel better, without burning out.
