Our 2026 Warm-Up

By The Sculpt Society

So far, this year has been booked and busy—and we are here for it. From new program launches, to connecting at in-person events, and more, the first few months of 2026 have been filled with energy, movement, and community. We kicked the year off with our January Challenge and new Nutrition offering, launched Midlife support for women navigating perimenopause and menopause, hosted an IRL workout for USC sororities, and met for a Nutrition brunch event at Elephante in LA. We’re so excited for everything still to come in 2026, so stay tuned…we can’t wait to share it all with you. Onto the recap!

January Challenge, Nutrition, and Community

January came in hot with not one, not two, but three major launches that set the tone for an incredible year ahead. First up was our annual January Challenge: a two-week program with three tracks (Get Started, Get Sweaty, and Get Strong) designed to help you ease into the new year with permission-to-stay-home classes to take from your living room. It was the perfect way for our community to welcome 2026; with intentional, energizing movement. We also launched Nutrition—featuring recipes, grocery lists, and a Food Freedom Guide with registered dietitian and intuitive eating counselor, Sammi Brondo. We’ve loved seeing so many of you trying the recipes and sharing your favorites. Lastly, we rolled out our new in-app Community feature on mobile—a space to share wins, ask questions, and get inspiration and support; plus connect with Megan, our trainers, and the TSS team.

IRL Nutrition events and USC Panhellenic workout

We loved meeting up in person to celebrate the launch of Nutrition…starting with a community gathering at Our Place in Venice, complete with a dreamy farmers’ market setup. Seeing so many of you show up in person, taking a pause to eat, connect, and just hang out together is exactly what The Society is all about. Next, we hosted a Nutrition brunch at Elephante in LA—with amazing food, great conversation, and so much gratitude. We also partnered with USC Panhellenic, where Megan taught a TSS class to all the sororities on campus. It was more than a workout; Megan also spoke about fitness, nutrition, and the importance of being kind to your body.

Wild postings

Early this year, The Sculpt Society showed up in a big way—literally. We launched new wild postings across NYC and LA, including our first big January campaign on Abbot Kinney in Venice. Seeing our photography out in the wild is still a little surreal (in a good way!) and having you all tag us in your photos has been so fun. Keep up the posting, if you see us!

New Core Equipment and WeGym collab

We upgraded our TSS Core Equipment with brand new pieces and expanded options, all in our new brand colors. Each piece is still designed to support the TSS method and take your practice to the next level. Whether you're just building out your home gym setup, or looking to update what you already have, there's something for everyone. We also partnered with WeGym to launch our TSS x WeGym SafeGrip Dumbbells, perfect for the Strength classes our members love. These 8–15 lb weights have a soft, anti-slip grip and anti-roll design that’s gentle on your hands and safe for your floors. Pick up a pair and make the most out of every rep.

Slow & Controlled Strength

Because our community loves Strength workouts so much (see above), we created a new class type for lifting heavy at a slower pace. Introducing Slow & Controlled Strength: a progressive overload class designed to help you safely explore heavier weights and build real, lasting strength. Using a slower pace, fewer reps, and intentional rest periods, this class is designed to support muscle growth and bone density over time. Feel the difference as you lift your heaviest weights at a slower pace—there’s a reason members are already loving this one.

Midlife

This quarter, we launched the Midlife Program to support our members through perimenopause and menopause. Designed for women who are starting to notice shifts, this program meets you exactly where you are with tools that actually address the symptoms you're experiencing. The Midlife Program features a structured 4-week workout plan, along with symptom-based class recommendations that help you choose the right workout for how you’re feeling—whether you’re experiencing brain fog, low energy, mood swings, sleep issues, or metabolism changes. Beyond movement, our Midlife, Explained guide features doctor-led education on hormones, sleep, mood, energy, nutrition, sexual wellness, and more.

Spicy Under 30

Our new advanced program just dropped, and it proves shorter workouts can pack a serious punch. Members rated the spiciest classes on the TSS app (on a scale of one to five hot peppers), which we curated into Spicy Under 30. This new program features high-intensity favorites across different class types, designed to build strength, endurance, and consistency…all in half an hour or less. If you've been craving a challenge, turn up the heat with some advanced sculpting.

We’ve hit the ground running this year, and we can’t wait for what’s next. What you've seen this quarter is just a taste of what's coming for the rest of 2026…we have so many exciting launches, challenges, and in-person events coming soon.
