This recipe blends rich coffee flavor, creamy texture, and wholesome ingredients for a morning treat that feels indulgent but fuels your day. Simply prep the night before and wake up to a tiramisu-inspired breakfast that’s ready when you are. It’s the perfect option for busy mornings when you still want something satisfying, balanced, and just a little bit decadent.

Tiramisu Overnight Oats

INGREDIENTS:

  • ⅓ cup rolled oats
  • 3 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 1 tbsp instant coffee, I used Nescafe Bold Decaf
  • ½ cup soy milk, or your fave protein-rich milk
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp pure maple syrup, or cane sugar, to taste

For Topping

  • ¼ cup creamy vanilla yogurt
  • Cocoa powder, for sprinkling (optional)
Preparation
  1. Mix dry ingredients: In a 2 cup mason jar, mix together the oats, hemp hearts, cocoa powder and instant coffee.
  2. Mix wet ingredients: Then, pour in milk, maple syrup, vanilla, stir, fasten lid and refrigerate for at least 4-8 hours or up to 4 days.
  3. Serve & Enjoy: When ready to serve, top with vanilla yogurt and if you are feeling fancy, a little dusting of cocoa powder!
