Feel Happier with TSS (The Science Checks Out)

By The Sculpt Society

We've always believed our workouts should make you feel happier…and now we have the science to prove it. We recently partnered with marketing researchers from the University of California, Los Angeles, the University of California, Berkeley, and Vanderbilt University to study how members of The Society engage with our app and what that means for their overall wellbeing. The findings were clear: the more you use TSS, the happier you feel. Members who worked out more frequently reported greater satisfaction, motivation, and happiness by the end of the study. So, it’s scientifically proven that showing up for yourself on the mat pays off.

More TSS use = greater user satisfaction

Our research partners tracked the number, length, and timing of videos watched by each participant who opted in to one of two challenges over a two-week period. After the challenges wrapped, participants completed a survey sharing how they felt about their experience. One key finding rose to the top: more movement leads to greater overall satisfaction. Members who worked out more frequently throughout the challenge reported feeling happier, more motivated, and more satisfied by the end. It’s scientifically proven: the more classes you take, the better you’ll feel. This is the energy we hope you’ll get from every fun, feel-good workout, and it’s incredibly meaningful to see it reflected in the data. We want every TSS member to finish class feeling lit up, joyful, and ready for more—showing up consistently is the trick to getting there.

Move to feel happier, stronger & more like yourself

Our philosophy: exercise should energize and uplift you, not feel like a chore. TSS classes are designed to bring the energy of a girls' night out dancing right into your living room or gym—fun, freeing, and something you'll actually look forward to. You don't need to run miles or push through grueling exercises to get that post-workout high; shorter, lower intensity workouts can just as easily get you there. We're here to make movement something you're excited about, not dreading, and to support you every step of the way.
