The Sculpt Society is the #1 Sculpt and Dance Cardio workout designed to empower women through movement. TSS is about feeling confident and strong in our own bodies and loving them for all that they do for us! The TSS method combines powerful sculpting and toning exercises that use bodyweight with easy-to-follow dance cardio for a fun and effective workout. My goal is to give you a great workout in less than an hour - wherever you are. From beginner to advanced, the TSS method helps members see and feel results at every stage.
TSS is an athletic approach to dance-based fitness. TSS simplifies the dance cardio moves so that anyone at any level can feel successful.
TSS uses your own body weight, 2-3lb hand weights, resistance bands, a pilates ball, sliders and ankle weights to create a toned, strong body.
Get your heart rate up with dance cardio and sculpt your way to long, lean muscles. No matter if it's a 10- minute quickie, or a 45-minute full body class, you’ll get a great workout in and finish feeling sweaty!
TSS sequences each class so that you're constantly challenged at every level. After just a few classes you’ll feel stronger and with a few weeks of consistency you’ll see the results you are looking for.
