The Sculpt Society is the #1 Sculpt and Dance Cardio workout designed to empower women through movement. TSS is about feeling confident and strong in our own bodies and loving them for all that they do for us! The TSS method combines powerful sculpting and toning exercises with easy-to-follow dance cardio for a fun and effective workout. Our goal is to give you a great workout in less than an hour - wherever you are. From beginner to advanced, the TSS method helps members see and feel results.

DANCE

No dance experience required! We've simplified dance cardio so anyone at any level can feel successful. 

SCULPT

Create a long, lean, strong body with low-impact, results-driven  sculpting exercises. 

SWEAT  

No matter if it's a 10-minute quickie, or a 45-minute full body class, you’ll get a great workout in and finish feeling sweaty!   

REPEAT

See and feel results after a few weeks of consistency. Our classes are designed to keep you coming back for more while being challenged at every level.

CLASSES

TSS offers over 400 on-demand workouts and multiple live classes each week. You’ll find everything from dance cardio, lightweight, low-impact sculpting, pre and postnatal workouts, yoga, stretch and meditation classes. Our exciting library of fitness content is ever-growing with brand new workouts added each week. Tight on time? Classes range from 5-50 minutes so there is always a workout to fit your schedule.
