Managing your subscription with The Sculpt Society
To manage, update, or cancel your subscription, it’s important to first identify where your subscription was purchased. Subscriptions may be purchased directly through our website or through third-party platforms like Apple, Google Play, or Roku. Each of these platforms manages billing independently, meaning updates, cancellations, and payment details must be handled through the original provider you subscribed with.
Before proceeding, please take a moment to determine your billing platform. Once identified, follow the instructions below for your billing platform to manage your subscription.
Not sure where you’re billed? Here are a few easy ways to find out:
Check your receipt or billing email:
Search your inbox for your original confirmation or renewal receipt.
If it’s from The Sculpt Society, Stripe or Vimeo, you’re billed directly through our website
If it’s from Apple, Google Play, or Roku, your subscription is managed through that platform
Look at your bank or credit card statement
The charge description will usually indicate the platform:
Direct subscriptions typically reference “OTT” or “The Sculpt Society”
Apple charges often appear as “Apple.com/bill”
Google Play may appear as “Google *TSS” or similar
Roku charges will reference Roku
Check your device settings
If you subscribed through an app store, you can confirm directly on your device:
Apple: Go to your Apple ID subscriptions in Settings on your phone or tablet
Google Play: Open the Google Play Store → Payments & Subscriptions
Roku: Visit your Roku account subscriptions page

How to manage your subscription
To update your billing method, switch your plan, or cancel your subscription, follow the steps below:
1. Visit this page.
2. Enter the email address associated with your subscription
3. Check your inbox for a secure login link
4. Open the email and click the link to access your Customer Portal
Once you’re in the customer portal, you’ll be able to cancel your subscription, update payment details, or make changes to your plan.
How to Pause a Subscription
Need to take a short break? You can pause your subscription for 1, 2, or 3 months. While your subscription is paused, you will not have access to the app. Once your subscription is paused, access will be removed immediately, and billing will automatically resume at the end of your selected pause period.
2. Enter the email address associated with your subscription.
3. Check your inbox for a secure login link.
4. Open the email and click the link to access the pause portal.
5. Choose the duration you wish to pause your subscription for.
6. Set a reminder for when your subscription will automatically renew.
You can resume your subscription before the pause period ends by visiting this page and tapping "resume".
How to cancel your subscription:
1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap your name / Apple ID at the top.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. Select the subscription you want to cancel.
5. Tap Cancel Subscription.
6. Confirm the cancellation.
How to update payment method:
1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap your name / Apple ID at the top.
3. Tap Payment & Shipping.
4. Authenticate if prompted.
5. To update: tap Add Payment Method to add a new card or tap Edit to change/remove existing payment methods.
6. Save changes.
How to manage your plan:
1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap your name / Apple ID at the top.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. Select the subscription you want to change.
5. Tap See All Plans, then follow the onscreen instructions to complete your purchase.
6. From here you can also review, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription.

How to cancel your subscription
Via a Computer:
1. On your computer, go to subscriptions in Google Play.
2. For the subscription you want to cancel, click Manage.
3. Click Cancel subscription.
4. Within the confirmation pop-up, select a reason.
5. Click Continue.
Via an Android Device:
1. On your Android device, go to subscriptions in Google Play.
2. Select the subscription you want to cancel.
3. Tap Cancel subscription.
4. Follow the instructions.

How to cancel your subscription
On the Roku website:
1. Go to my.roku.com/subscriptions.
2. Under Active subscriptions, select the subscription you want to cancel.
3. Select Manage subscription and then select Turn off auto-renew to cancel your subscription.
4. When you cancel your subscription, you'll still have access until your current billing cycle ends.
On your Roku device:
1. Press the ’Home’ button on your Roku remote.
2. Use your remote's arrow buttons to highlight the app you want to cancel.
3. Press the ’Star’ button on your remote.
4. Select Manage subscription to view the renewal date and access more options.
5. To cancel a subscription, select Turn off auto-renew. Your subscription will be active until the end of the billing cycle.
