FAQ

  1. Go to the “Manage Subscription” section of your TSS account, then click “Billing & Subscription.” From here, select the “Manage Subscription” tab, and update your subscription from monthly to yearly. You’ll need to make this switch before you’re able to apply the promo code.
  2. Next, go back to your “Billing and Subscription” settings and select “Promotions or Gifts."
  3. Insert the promo code, then click "Confirm."

The Sculpt Society offers a variety of low-impact and cardio workouts, including dance cardio, full-body sculpting, yoga, and meditation. One of our many amazing Sculpt Society trainers will guide you through a series of moves designed to gradually build your strength and confidence. Classes range from 5 to 50 minutes and cater to different fitness levels and goals.

As a TSS member, you'll have access to over 900 on-demand workouts, multiple LIVE classes per week plus all of our exclusive Programs. You'll find everything from dance cardio and low impact sculpting workouts, to yoga, meditation and stretch classes. Our library of workouts is ever growing with a new on-demand workout released each Monday.

Nope! At TSS, you're never ahead or behind, you're with us. We have classes and programs for beginners all the way through intermediate, and all of our workouts include cues along the way for different modifications. If you're new or returning to fitness, we suggest starting with one of our Beginner classes/programs.
