Below, Katy and Maya share their must-haves, underrated favorites, and creative ways they’re using TSS equipment to shake things up—literally.

What is your favorite piece of TSS equipment and why?

Katy: It’s definitely a love-hate relationship with the sliders! They’re so challenging, but that’s exactly why I love them. They give my body the biggest impact in the shortest amount of time and make me feel incredibly strong. Plus, they’re lightweight and portable—perfect to toss in a suitcase and take anywhere.

Maya: I’m obsessed with the TSS hand weights! They’re my go-to when I want to turn up the intensity and add a little spice to any workout. Whether it’s arms, cardio, standing legs, or abs on the mat—these weights fit seamlessly into every routine and give that perfect extra push. Such a simple add-on, but they really do make a difference!

What’s the most underrated piece of TSS equipment?

Katy: The TSS Pilates ball! It’s small but mighty. Anytime I incorporate it into my classes, especially for core work, my abs are on fire. It creates the deepest shake—and that’s when I know it’s working.

Maya: The TSS Resistance Bands are hands down one of the most underrated pieces of equipment. The second you slow things down and focus on control? Game over. Elevating the intensity without overcomplicating the workout.

Tell us about your favorite unique way to use a piece of equipment?

Katy: I love using the sliders under my hands during booty or core work. It’s a little unexpected and seriously challenges your stability and strength. It lights up muscles you didn’t even know you had!

Maya: I love using resistance bands around my wrists, ankles, or thighs for planks! The added resistance engages deeper muscles and amps up the intensity of the hold. This simple tweak transforms a basic move into a full-body challenge, making it a must-have for my core routine.

What’s a piece of equipment that seems intimidating but isn’t?

Katy: Ankle weights! They definitely level up the intensity, but they’re not as intimidating as they seem. You’ll feel unstoppable after finishing a class with them. And I love that they’re customizable—so you can ease into it and build up to the full weight over time.

Maya: Sliders are definitely one of those pieces of equipment that seem intimidating at first, but once you get the hang of them, they’re surprisingly easy to use. Without needing any fancy equipment or complicated moves they’ll challenge your core, stability, and coordination in ways you didn’t expect!

What would you bring traveling?

Katy: Sliders or resistance bands! They’re both super lightweight, take up no space in your suitcase, and still give you an amazing, effective workout wherever you are.

Maya: I agree with Katy! Sliders are so easy to pack, but definitely not easy in your workout. They might seem like a lightweight tool, but once you add them to your routine, they’ll challenge your stability, core, and lower body like nothing else.

If you could only purchase one thing from our shop, what would it be and why?

Katy: Oof, that’s a tough one! But I’d have to say our hand weights. I’m obsessed with the design—they fit so perfectly in your hands, they’re beautiful, and they make every workout feel elevated. I use them constantly.

Maya: If I could only purchase one product from the shop, it would definitely be the ankle weights! Whether I’m doing cardio and adding them around my hands or using them in a booty series, they bring so much extra burn to any workout. They add that perfect challenge without being overwhelming.
