Unlike your traditional dumbbell, our hand weights feature a custom ergonomic design mold with a unique D shape, offering a more comfortable grip and better control while you move. The soft, smooth neoprene material won’t get slippery when you sweat, making these weights a favorite for home workouts. Packaged as a set of two; each weight equals lb weight shown.

Our weight options include: 2 lbs, 3 lbs, or 5 lbs.
