No, the promotional rate is valid for your first year only. After your promotional term ends, your membership will automatically renew annually at the then current rate unless canceled prior to renewal. Applicable taxes may apply.

Yes, when starting a free trial you will automatically be billed unless you cancel prior to the end of your free trial period. Both annual and monthly plans automatically renew unless you cancel prior to your next billing cycle.

Yes! The price advertised on the date you start your free trial is the price you will be charged after your trial period ends.

The June Sale offer is available only by subscribing directly from our website, selecting the annual plan and using code SUMMER45 .  

The offer is not available on any app stores such as Apple, Google, Amazon Firestick or Roku.

If you first created your subscription prior to May 19, 2026:
1. Log into your account settings, 

2. Select the billing tab, and click the “switch my billing frequency” link.

If you signed up on or after May 19, 2026:
1. Visit this page.

2. Enter the email address associated with your subscription.

3. Check your inbox for a secure login link.

4. Open the email and click the link to access your Customer Portal. From there you can tap the “Update Subscription” button to switch your plan to the yearly plan. Enter code SUMMER45 to receive the discounted rate. You will be charged the annual rate on your next billing date.

If your current billing cycle ends prior to the June Sale end date, you can cancel your subscription and then sign up on our website after the current billing period ends and keep the same email address for your account. If your billing cycle does not end prior to the June Sale end date, we recommend you cancel your existing account and sign up on the website using a new email address in order to redeem the sale price. The system will not let you have two subscriptions under the same email address. We are unable to refund for any overlap between the two subscriptions.

Unfortunately, we are unable to support gifting subscriptions at this time.

No, as a new member, the date you sign up is the day your free trial period will begin. We are unable to change the start date of the free trial or activate your membership at a later time once you sign up.

We do not offer full or prorated refunds if you decide that you do not wish to continue your membership after the 7-day free trial period, for lack of use of the app or for forgetting to cancel your membership. You must cancel your membership or free trial period prior to your next bill date to end your subscription and avoid being charged. When starting a free trial, your billing date is noted in the terms beneath the “Start Subscription” button on the checkout page.
