Complete 30 classes in 3 months—around 2-3 classes each week.

Once you’ve reached this milestone and renewed your membership for month 4, we’ll treat you to free equipment for staying consistent with your new routine.

Why it works

Research shows it takes about 8-12 weeks to turn an action into a habit. This challenge supports the process by rewarding steady progress (and small wins) over all-or-nothing goals.
