With Valentine's Day just around the corner, I wanted to share some of my favorite ideas for how to celebrate yourself and your loved ones this year. While the focus of the day can appear to be only for those in a relationship, I believe Valentine’s Day can also be a day to show ourselves some love. I encourage you, regardless of your relationship status, to dedicate time to giving yourself some well-deserved self-care.
